Mdada Pte Ltd – Inventory Executive

Maintain and manage inventory of materials, which include stock locations and analysis of SKUs movement and storage profiles

· Performs inventory stock counting and accuracy checks

· Maintain updated and accurate records on inventory, including transfers and cycle counts

· Review documentation & current processes to identify discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records to identify root causes and drive corrective actions from respective operational teams

· Develop and implement control measures to existing operational procedures in order to ensure stock count accuracy and stock location accuracy

· Prepare, generate and file inventory reports; review inventory reports periodically with Head of Logistics and/ or relevant HODs

· Perform routine inventory data management, which involves monitoring inventory movement and inventory location

· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or other relevant fields

· Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Inventory / Warehousing / Manufacturing/ Logistics (preferably in a fast moving environment)

· Proficient in MS Excel; advanced knowledge in Excel usage will be an advantage

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong organizational and communication skills to drive results

· Detailed oriented, meticulous and accurate in work
