Job Description
- To provide administrative support to livestreamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration
- Prepare and publish order / payment links for products during livestream shows. (training on software will be provided), and post on their Facebook comment.
- Upon successful order by customers, the admin will verify the payment screenshot they sent.
- Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows

Qualification and Requirements
- O-Level/ITE/Diploma holders eligible
- Retail experience is preferred
- Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred
- Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.
- Candidates are required to be effectively bilingual; livestream shows are done in both Chinese and English.
