General Insurance Admin
Responsibilities
• To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for all classes of general insurance
• To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS
• To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/written form
• To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required
• To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form
• To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of transaction records, NETS and Credit Card terminals
• To assist Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/assignments
• To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements by the relevant authorities
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma qualifications
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) OR BCP &PGI will have an added advantage
• At least 1 year's work experience in a similar capacity preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Possess a courteous and helpful personality
• Pro-active with a positive mindset
• Passion in delivering customer's satisfaction
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties

• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5-day work week (9:00am to 6:00pm)
• Salary Range: $2,300 – $3,000
