Located in the heart of the Ghim Moh neighbourhood, we offer an extensive range of quality chilled and aged meats and cheeses, as well as fine wines from around the world.  We offer Our 24/7 vending machine, located outside our store allows customers to pick up essentials at any time during the day or night. For busy executives, we also have an online store (www.meatkrafters.sg) and deliver island-wide. We have been featured in various media platforms such as Straits Times, CNA , ZaoBao, Class95, 938 Live, Tatler, Bazaer, Female, Avenue One as well as several KOL Insta/Tiktok.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Growth Marketing Intern to join our team at our gourmet butchery store. As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and thriving industry while working with a passionate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the business owner to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives sales growth.
  • Conduct thorough target market research to identify key customer segments, understand their preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute promotions and campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Establish and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our store.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to photos, videos, and captions, to showcase our gourmet products and attract potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand image and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a good understanding of their best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work independently while also being a team player.
  • A genuine interest in gourmet food and butchery is highly desirable
