Media Unboxxed Pte Ltd – Events and Marketing Executive

• Manage RSVP and guest lists together with our Marketing Team. 
• Create a Facebook page to promote the event; raise awareness and lead to a sell out event.
• Manage VIP grind activities in each market; including media, meet & greets, charity and after party events.
• Manage and implement CRM, all-client communication strategies and practice-specific communication strategies.
• Manage CRM program including development and enforcement of internal protocols and database management.
• Maintain RSVP list for upcoming and during special events.
• Create in-house database for target marketing through e-mail, mailer, and web base communications, Facebook, and twitter.
• Create and coordinate social media content for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Develop and maintains online communications including website, Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and LinkedIn.
• Update website content and deploy SEO techniques, including the optimization of heading tags, images, copy and SEO articles.
• Create and execute PowerPoint presentations for current and potential clients.
• Handle event promotions via marketing projects including PowerPoint presentations 
• Analyze ROI metrics of all convention programs to determine effectiveness, future show selection and recommendation to stakeholders.

As this is based in Singapore, our company can only look at applicants from Singapore. We will not be able to apply any pass for this role. 3 months - and a possibility of a full-time role.
