Internship - IT Operations (April 2025 to April 2026)
Responsibilities:
1. To provide IT Support for client machines, operating systems, software and mobile devices Learning Outcome - Gain hands-on experience on support issues - Improve Problem solving skills
2. Hand-on experience in technical troubleshooting as part of daily desktop operationsLearning Outcome - Gain practical knowledge of hardware, software and network troubleshooting techniques.
3. To maintain and provide support on Meeting room AV systemsLearning Outcome - Develop hands-on skills in resolving AV-related issues during live meetings or presentation
4. Asset disposal of old IT EquipmentsLearning Outcome - Develop skills in maintaining accurate records of disposed assets.Gain an understanding of environmental awareness and processess involved in secure asset disposal.
5. Data Analysis and Visualization - using Power BILearning Outcome - Acquire hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning and analysisUnderstand how to communicate data insights to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way
6. Revise and update User Guides & FAQ(eg : IT Handbook) Learning Outcome - Develop ability to create user friendly documentationGain insights into common users' issues and questionsEnhancing skills in technical writing, clarity of communicationDeepen understanding of enterprise services while doing documentation
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Basic understaning of Windows OS, MacOS and M365 applications
2. Ablity to diagnose and resolve common technical issues.. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in IT Desktop team
4. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
5. Positive attitude and open to embracing new technology
