Responsibilities:
Assist with redevelopment content
- Revise and update user guides
- Change presentation method/platform that resonables most with learners
- Update FAQs
Evaluate and acces Software Asset Maturity
- Discover and analyse software usage
- Apply technology in sharing of data
- Present data to support decision making processes
Assist to build an unified platform
- Collate essential services
- Analyse and Standardise collection of disparate data
Requirements:
- Preferably with Screen recording experience or technical writing skills
- Data analysis knowledge
- Web base design and basic programming skills
- Candidate must be currently enrolled at a local educational institution
- The internship is recognized as part of the school's official curriculum
- Successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during the period from May 2024 - February 2025
