Job Description

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced multi-campaign environment servicing multiple clients
  • Good presentation, client consultation skills
  • Meticulous, inquisitive, take pride and ownership of work
  • Love working in a strong "community-based" culture where we worship new ideas, innovations, and technology that scale up our already famed digital delivery
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a team, really care for clients and pro-actively/persistently seek better answers for clients and company
  • Have experience managing account management team


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client consultancy (email, WA, phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face)
  • Campaign management and reporting
  • Work with internal/partner and remote teams (SEO/SEM/Socia/Web) for the successful and timely technical implementations of digital marketing campaigns
  • Ceaselessly improving the processes and technology for our delivery of services, and training subordinates likewise
