With your help we aim to take the Company regional with scores of offices and/or with representatives in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and other countries.
You will learn HANDS-ON how to make a Company profitable operationally, financial-wise and how to take it to the next level.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will assist to:
- Create a Business Plan which shall be used by the Company's roadmap and to raise funds
- Perform local and overseas market research
- Contact government agencies to seek business expansion grants
- Create partnerships, affiliate schemes and marketing plans
- Document business SOPs at every level, both current and future
- Create SWOT Analysis
- Formulate Financial Plans in order to bring this Road Map to the desired level
