Job Description

Are you passionate about sales, strategy, and supporting high-level business development? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Strategy & Development Coordinator to assist our Head of Business Development in driving growth and nurturing key client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and set appointments with clients and partners.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to support business strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and pitch proposals.
  • Reactivate leads in CRM; curate and update.
  • Follow up with clients on meetings, decisions, and progress of sales proposals.
  • Support the head of business development with various administrative and strategic tasks as needed.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Command of English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Eye for Design: A keen sense of design, ensuring that presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials are visually appealing and professional.
  • Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, with the ability to apply them in business proposals and pitches.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate between teams with ease.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy in research, proposals, and presentations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of project management tools and CRM systems.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and contribute to business success.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to engage with clients and partners in a professional and solutions-driven manner.
