Job Description

Introduction:

Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Specialist! We are seeking a proactive professional who excels at the full recruitment cycle, from advertising roles to finalizing employment offers. This role is perfect for someone adept at multitasking and eager to significantly impact our staffing needs.

This is a PART-TIME CONTRACT POSITION. It is a fully Work-from-Home position requiring you to have your own laptop with a strong persistent Internet to conduct Zoom interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Placement and Management: Craft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and reach a diverse audience. Monitor ad performance to ensure they are live, within budget, and adjusted based on varying candidate demographics such as geographical location, pay range, and experience level.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews with candidates, utilizing a structured scoring system to record evaluations, comments, and other relevant details to aid managerial decision-making for second-round interviews. Utilize emotional intelligence and maturity to ask probing questions that resonate with candidates, uncovering unspoken truths, issues, and potential.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Assist in negotiating terms of employment and salary, adhering to the company’s template and policies.
  • Active Candidate Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to scout and reach out to potential candidates. Collaborate with managers to extend interview invitations and engage prospective applicants.
  • Data Management: Maintain a detailed Google Sheets database of candidates, documenting their scores, key metrics, and status to provide a clear overview of recruitment efforts and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of job advertisement strategies and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and familiar with data management and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
