Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in managing a sales team and consistently achieving targets.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational personality who can lead by example.
  • Ability to read and understand clients, create powerful proposals which resonate with clients.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach, motivate, and lead our sales team.
  • Monitor individual and group sales, feedback to Management, and work to help resolve bottlenecks.
  • Come up with innovative promotions and incentives to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to source more leads.
  • Be the voice of the sales team to ensure harmonious collaborations with other project teams.
  • To liaise with the Finance team for the timely issuance and collections of invoices.
