Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Assist with training and development activities, such as training registration.
  • Assist with HR data entry and maintenance of HR records.
  • Assist in admin matters.
  • Participate in organizing company events. 
  • Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 

  • Candidate major in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately.
  • Minimum internship period require will be 4 months.

Successful candidates will be offered:

  • Internship allowance: $8,00 – 1,000 per month.
  • Annual leave for intern who completed 3 months internship. 
  • Alternative work-from-home schedule.
