Medico Pte Ltd – Warehouse Supervisor

• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Logistics Coordination: Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods; coordinating shipments and deliveries.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory, shipments, and overall warehouse performance for management.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or logistical challenges.
• Incoming and Outgoing: Conduct incoming and outgoing sampling inspection on warehouse goods.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum NITEC or relevant certificate/qualification holder.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing.
• Ability to handle heavy goods safely and efficiently.
• Hardworking and possesses good communication skills
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently when needed
• Experience in using pallet stacker
