Key Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Department to develop Sustainability Plans & Activities for MSC ARO Organisation
- Organise Sustainability Workshops & Programmes
- Prepare Sustainability Education Materials
- Involve in formation & steering of Sustainability Committee
- Support Tender Contracts (Customer Relationship Management) data management
- Ensure all potential sales opportunities are entered into Excel and PBI system.
- Audit the information within Tender database.
- Improve on existing Commercial Presentation Materials (using PowerPoint)
- Involve in Marketing Adhoc Projects or Tasks – Customer Survey Analytics + Digital Solutions Campaign + Sustainability Project Competition
The Person
- Basic Knowledge of Singapore Green Plans 2030, UNSDG, General Sustainability matters relating to Maritime/Shipping/Logistics
- Interest in steering Sustainability efforts within organisation
- Good writing (English) and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Able to use MS office – Powerpoint/Excel/Word
- Able to commit to 3 to 4 days work week (preferably 10 to 5pm – with 1.5hrs lunch break or at least 4 hours per day).
- Duration of employment: January to June 2024.
