Job Description

We Offer 
Based in MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Corporate Account Management Team is responsible for directly driving the commercial performances of core clients.

Key Responsibilities 

You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client’s performances. 

  • Maintain client relationship via regular contact 
  • Dedicated focal point for clients on escalation and business
  • Attending to clients’ request and explore business opportunities to achieve commitment set.
  • Participate and quote tenders (whenever necessary)
  • Prepare management reports & clients performance reports/presentation
  • Monitoring client’s MQC via PBI dashboard
  • Prepare presentation for all trade during QBR/Meetings
  • Promoting / Cross selling of MSC Services

Candidate Requirement 

  • At least degree holder 
  • At least 1 year experience in Key client relationship management with experience (Preferred) 
  • Able to work independently with initiative and strong ownership of tasks 
  • Strong focus on Customer Experience 
  • Skillful in using MS office – Excel & PowerPoint 
  • A strong communicator 
  • Believer in teamwork
