Job Description

Your main key responsibilities are:

  • Maintain HR related and employee related data in HRIS and to ensure high data integrity in systems;
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Senior Executive level positions and below, from placement of job advertisement, to interviewing and final shortlisting process with hiring manager;
  • Manage and provide onboarding training and guidance to new hires;
  • Manage and arrange employee’s training courses and submission of WDA’s training grants;
  • Assist Senior HR & Administration Executive in employee engagement activities such as execution of communication plans, social & recreation activities, as well as corporate social responsibilities programs;
  • Undertake any HR Projects and duties as and when assigned.
