An opportunity is now available for a career-minded individual to join us in MSC South East Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd, as Executive, Operations Husbandry.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations your main responsibilities would be the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule & berth arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service, ship stores, vessel repair and any other vessels' requirements. Your key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule, berth creation & arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, bunker sample for lab testing, waste disposal service, ship store arrangement, vessel repair and any other vessels' requirements
- Providing vessels with port entry instruction
- Arranging immigration clearance for vessels arriving and departing Singapore via the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) crew system
- Arranging vessel requirements such as medical for crew, fresh water, cash advance and any other requirements
- Arranging for crew change (Sign On / Sign Off)
- Declaration of vessels for both arrival and departure to Port Authority
- Ensure vessel certificates are updated to Port Authority by husbanding agent
- Coordinating bunker supply schedule with barge operators
Qualifications
