Job Description

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate project resources and information, ensuring that the project requirements are met. As a Project Engineer- Intern you gets a chance to work with multiple teams while executing project plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Responsibility:

  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project delivery to clients, acting as primary interface to help maintain and build client confidence.
  • Coordinate with stake holders on project related matters from initiation through delivery
  • Leads the delivery aspects of the project.
  • Ensure program schedule for timely completion of projects.
  • Managing of project engineers & installer team
  • Attending site meetings
  • Conducting of training for clients
  • Preparation of handling over projects, as-built drawings & OMM
  • System testing & commissioning
  • Represent the company in the external meeting with clients / subcontractors.
  • Reviews status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Identifies risks and critical paths in projects and work with project team to provide mitigation plan; and proactively escalates critical issues
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, goals and objectives
  • Works and implements projects on ad-hoc basis as required by business and operations needs and to work on assignment as tasked by direct manager

Requirements:

  • Some relevant experience with similar project background
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Experience in healthcare or medical products will be an added advantage
  • Problem solving skillsets
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to work as a team member
