Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Support the founder as management trainee

• Support the full spectrum of marketing activities to prospect for user base

• Prepare new product sales kits and write copy for promotional and marketing materials

• Plan and manage social media postings across all platforms

• Generate ideas for blog and newsletter content

• Planning and management of related meeting and workshops as well as national art competition in Dec 22

• Investigate user experience design requirements for our marketplace.

• Engage art schools and governmental agencies such as National Arts Council, MCCY, MSF

• Engage free-lance artists and art students to sign up our platform

• Logistics planning and implementation for our art events

• Prepare pitch decks or PowerPoint presentations

• Support administration of e-commerce platform

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Prerequisites:

• Articulate and possess strong written and communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lead and execute social media campaigns

• Meticulous with an eye for detail

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel

• Ability to commit full time based on hybrid onsite (i3 Building on Heng Mui Keng Terrace) and work from home as required.

Post completion of the internship, the intern may be granted full time employment. A letter of recommendation/ reference letter will be provided by #Meetarts after the internship.
