Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To creates sales lead and convert sales lead into actual sales.
- To develop new customers with existing products and new products.
- To develop new products into existing and new customers.
- To focus and drive agencies products.
- To maintain existing customer accounts and market share.
- To accurately get data and feedback from customers on their consumption level on a routine basis.
- To analyze and plan the data collected and plan accurately the stock requirement to ensure zero stock out cases.
- To ensure our inventory move fast by requesting accurate forecast from customers and increase in new customer portfolio.
- To build good rapport with existing and new customers by regular visits and communication.
Skills and Knowledge:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry or any related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Management with chemical products.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Possess effective negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
