Responsibilities:
• Source for products, prepare PO and pay vendors in a timely manner
• Ensure sufficiency of stock
• Inventory management, routine stock take, stock report
• Responding to vendor inquiries
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures including Purchase Order, invoice, Payment slip.
• E-file of all AP documents
• Provide general administrative support
• Data entries, filling of documents, making and answering phone calls
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum N level
• Responsible, meticulous, analytical, and multi-task & work independently
• 1 year of relevant or equivalent experience is preferred
• Microsoft Office, Words & Excel
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
