Job Description
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Support the IT team in daily system administration tasks
- Help maintain and update IT infrastructure, including servers and databases
- Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations
- Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring optimal functionality
- Assist in cybersecurity measures, including routine security checks and updates
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
- Help with IT documentation, including network diagrams, user guides, and SOPs
- Support data backup, recovery efforts, and disaster recovery planning
- Participate in IT project management and development of new solutions
- Learn and apply new technologies to improve IT processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various IT-related tasks
This role offers hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and systems management within a dynamic business environment.
