Melior Pte. Ltd. – Recruitment Intern

Due to a high volume of work, we're now looking to add a Talent Executive / Intern to the team to help us find candidates for our clients. This will initially be a 3 month internship but if all is going well, the internship can be extended or it can even turn into a permanent role.

You will be provided with training to help you ease into the role and there is flexibility for the role to focus on whichever areas you find the most interesting.

What you'll be doing:

• Researching into the advertising and marketing industries to understand the different job roles and the types of companies that we work with 
• Working with your manager to understand the requirements of different briefs, e.g. what kind of candidates to reach out to
• Searching for suitable candidates on different platforms, e.g. our recruitment platform, LinkedIn, job boards, etc
• Reaching out to suitable candidates to see if they're interested in our roles
• Once comfortable, having phone calls with candidates to find out more about their work experience and what kind of roles they're interested in
• Writing and posting job adverts

What makes you good for this role:

• An interest in working with people and the desire to help
• Basic recruitment experience
• An understanding of the different roles within advertising and marketing
• Experience talking to people on the phone
• Excited by the idea of making commission
