Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development of A+ content for new product launches and enhancements of existing content.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement Analyst in the Business Intelligence team to develop insights from the dashboard and recommend action plan for the lead markets.
  • Conduct e-store audits each quarter based on guidelines and follow through with market PICs.
  • Attend periodic meetings with in-market EC leads and enablers. Propose recommendations on media investment optimization and promotions to drive GMV growth.
  • Desktop research on lead markets’ shoppers’ behaviors, trends and best practices for online marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students of Business/Marketing
  • Well verse in Excel, PowerPoint, video and image editing software
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Enjoys online shopping, well versed in Shopee/Lazada/Tik Tok APP
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn
  • Able to work both individually and as a team player
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
  • Articulate, deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
  • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.

  • APAC E-commerce landscape: understand what E-commerce in the consumer health category is like and experience the day-to-day operations in marketing and running of the business.
  • Consumer engagement: best practices for social media campaigns and E-commerce onsite content creation.
  • Business acumen: identify insights from data and making data-drive decisions to drive commercial outcomes. Understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
  • Business management skills – gain understanding on how to market a product in an ethical environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including marketing, medical, regulatory in the regional office and key countries and also external stakeholders such as vendors.
  • Project Management Skills – coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a business plan execution.
