Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Regional HR Team is looking for a HR Intern who is also passionate about project and events management to join our team. You will be involved in project management and managing an annual APAC leadership and awards event during your internship period. Reporting directly to Regional HR Manager, HR Operational Excellence and Regional HR Manager, Performance & Rewards, you will work closely with regional and country HR team members to drive the end to end process that leads to a successful project implementation and event execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Total Rewards Lead to assist and engage external vendors in the APAC leadership and awards event including, but not limited to:

    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the follow-up actions

    • Handle the logistical arrangements such as arranging transport, courier services etc.

    • Prepare internal communication materials

    • On-site coordination

    • Evaluate event success through post-event feedback and prepare report to identify areas for improvement

  • Provide project management support to ongoing HR projects including but not limited to:

    • Supporting project leads on the regional payroll system rollout

    • Coordinating with in-country HR team members on HR KPI reporting and data

  • Support co-ordination of adhoc HR initiatives & activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing degree in relevant field, such as Business Management, Human Resources or similar

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Strong collaboration and follow-up skills on the appropriate solutions to implement 

  • Ability to consult between internal stakeholders and vendor teams to drive resolution of any challenges

  • Highly organized and meticulous

  • Interest in project and events planning and management 

  • Strong accountability in follow-up actions and time management skills

  • Like working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
