Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing order processing and order fulfilment tasks.
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaints.
- Plan and maintain logistics services (including delivery, inventory, warehousing, etc.) to meet customer service standard as well as satisfy customers’ and audit requirements.
- Support the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and identify risks with different approaches of business process change.
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- Experience in the optical industry is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and documentation.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Good customer service.
- Focused on quality, accuracy and consistency
