Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing order processing and order fulfilment tasks.
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaints.
  • Plan and maintain logistics services (including delivery, inventory, warehousing, etc.) to meet customer service standard as well as satisfy customers’ and audit requirements.
  • Support the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify risks with different approaches of business process change.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • Experience in the optical industry is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and documentation.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Good customer service.
  • Focused on quality, accuracy and consistency
