Job Description
- Manning the assigned tasks in mobile phones repairs and checking, for both Apple and Android phones. Ability to handle repairs for all Apples and Android phones.
- Carry out mobile phones refurbishment process such as LCD glass replacement, glass polishing and housing polishing.
- Carry out repair with software or hardware replacement to electronic devices such as glass, LCD, battery, camera and other hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, order necessary components, and keep track of stock levels to ensure availability for repairs.
- Pple GSX registration and diagnostics.
- Adhere to OEM and Company SOP to meet with KPI’s and repair/refurbishment processes.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor when required.
