Job Description
  • Provide administrative support including upkeep of pantry, maintaining inventories of office supplies and pantry items
  • Addressing visitors at the office
  • Coordinate the outgoing and incoming mails/packages with courier services
  • Pick up mail from the letterbox and distribute to the relevant department
  • Coordinate with the various IT vendor on the system maintenance, trouble shooting and assignment on the user rights to respective system
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for meeting
  • Taking minutes of meeting, compile and circulate to all parties once vetted
  • Scheduling of monthly Duty Manager roster
  • Handle submission of voucher from the tenants for re-imbursement
  • Issuance and compilation of complimentary carpark coupons
  • Coordinate and follow up with the Insurer on any insurance claims for office administration purpose
  • Handle Purchase Order processing, co-ordinating and follow-up on vendors submission

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 Years relevant working experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and PC knowledge
  • Basic IT support knowledge will be required
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Good team player with good interpersonal skill to work well with people
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Have good organization skills and attention to details

Location: Thomson Plaza

1 year contract with good benefits, completion bonus and performance bonus
