Mercatus Co-operative Limited was incorporated in May 2011 under the Co-operatives Societies Act and is one of the NTUC social enterprises under the NTUC Enterprise family. It is our vision to own and manage strategically located shopping malls in the heartlands of Singapore to provide NTUC social enterprises with retail space to serve the daily needs of working families. Through our investments, we aim to generate sustainable long term returns for the Labour Movement. Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for tenant relationship management especially for the M Malls mobile application and loyalty programme.
- Coordinate between the Tenants, the Mall Management Team and Group Marketing to foster relationship between tenants and the management team.
- Dissemination of information to the tenants especially for the M Malls mobile application and loyalty programme.
- Manage the enquiries inbox, attend to enquiries and feedback promptly and timely.
- Provide administrative support to the team in term of raising purchase requisitions, goods receiving, inventory management, reports generation and other ad-hoc administration duties.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects, other areas of marketing communications and public relations.
Qualifications
- Accredited diploma or degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong communication, relationship building and motivational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
