Mercatus – Executive, Operations

• Manage the daily operations including fire safety, security and M&E maintenance of the mall facilities
• Act as the Fire Safety Manager for the mall building and ensure full compliance to the statutory requirements
• Supervise a team of outsourced security officers in daily security operations and carpark operations, review and approve the team’s duty rosters
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities
• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in the mall
• Co-develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for M&E installations in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct general inspection and to identify services for rectification and repair
• Oversee contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
• Analyze data of the essential equipment’s operating parameters and monitor the overall performance
• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of fire safety, security and M&E related service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management
• Develop and support implementation of AEI projects as a team

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience is highly advantageous but not a must.
