1. Data Analytics
- Understand the overall data landscape of Mercedes-Benz for Region Overseas Market which includes data ingestion,data transformation, data modelling, reporting and data science.
- Prepare an overall view of the landscape as mentioned in the first bullet point and suggest automations / improvementswherever possible.
- Work on MS Azure and get hands-on experience of the various Azure services in use as part of the platform.
- Get an understanding of the data governance aspects of the data platform and prepare a report on the same.
2. Project Management
- Participate in daily stand-up / scrum sessions- Assist to prepare and maintain online collaboration tools (SharePoint Confluence, Jira)
- Prepare and maintain project-relevant documentation (Presentations, Visio diagrams, etc.)
- Assist in mitigating any impediments during the agile project process
- Learning regarding Mercedes Agile and project methodology and specific topics on individual project level
3. Administrative Coordination
- Participate and assist regarding any events, workshops, meetings and team activities where relevant (including any preparation needed)
- Support team strategic activities like Reporting, ‘Nest Best (NBx)’, Analytics use cases & Data Lake
- Provide ad-hoc support with: - Documentation on team topics for the region / specific markets- Tasks & follow-up to ensure that timelines are met
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or any related field ( IT-relevant study field preferred)
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision- The following will be an added advantage: - Project management knowledge
- IT solution lifecycle knowledge- Data Analytics/ Big Data knowledge
- High degree of reliability and independence, and a strong team player
- MS Azure experience including Databricks and ADF
- Good python exposure
We welcome part-time internships before transitioning into full-time internships.
