Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source for potential candidates in internal (ATS) and external database
  • Screening of CVs based on role profile
  • Conducting phone call interviews and reference checks
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on the scheduling of interviews
  • Assist in administrative work like summarizing key points of candidate profile and presentation to hiring manager
  • Support our talent acquisition team with exciting employer branding initiatives (i.e. Landing Page, Talent Pool Communication)

Development & Learning:

  • Program communications to employees
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of materials and onsite support
  • Facilitate learning sessions onsite and virtually
  • Updates of training records

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Good business sense and stakeholder engagement/communication skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under a tight schedule
  • Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
