Job Description
Key Tasks:
- Keep up to date information of hotel services, promotions, events, outlet operational hours
- Keep up to date information of places to go/dine in Singapore.
- Ensure Guests are welcomed warmly and enthusiastically.
- Ensure/provide assistance to door opening, luggage, and guidance to Guest’s requested direction.
- Consider interest of Guest’s comment/request and provide recommendation.
- Coordinates with valets and limousine services on Guest’s estimated arrival/departure timing.
