SHORT DESCRIPTION:
As a young, fast-paced media agency, Merlionbeard provides tailored media and web services to clients. Through working with Merlionbeard, you are exposed to the technology and media solutions that has streamlined businesses and improved the way we interact with the mundane.
LONG DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales and Project Manager, your job is to drives the sales process from identifying potential to the final sales deal. You are responsible to reach established sales targets by actively meeting and working with customers. Sales Project Manager is responsible for project reporting on a weekly basis, assures and seeks to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction. You are to work with colleagues from India and the Philippines to make sure the project is on time and meeting the client standards and requirements.
Work Responsibilities:
• Build and develop executive relationships with enterprise customers
• Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, and technology strategy.
• Able to Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
• Run the negotiations with the customer and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sale process
• Prepare sales proposals and tender to customers and salespersons
• Participate and contribute to the various risk assessments in order to ensure the proper balance between price and quality
• Chart out and monitors sales proposals and tenders, follow up statistics concerning sales proposals
• Actively support that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
• Actively assist other departments to ensure that contracts are executed correctly

• Independent & responsibility
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Communication or equivalent practical experience.
