With over 9 years of experience in the events management and entertainment industry, Merry Bees have produced and performed to over 2,000 successful events by 2019 managing a slew of artistes and talents and producing events for our clients with our in-house design and production team. During the pandemic, Merry Bees was one of the first few events companies in Singapore who adapted quickly to virtual and since March 2020, we have produced and live streamed to over 500 events and performances by Dec 2021. As at 2022, we have entertained millions of audience around the world.
What You Will Learn:
- Firsthand live sound experience at handling various brands of professional sound systems, musical instruments and amplifiers.
- Gain and experience a myriad of portfolio and projects in events and content creation

- One-to-one mentorship by experienced sound engineers on techniques of handling sound system, cabling, and digital/analog mixer consoles
- Conceptualise, storyboard and communicate ideas to mid and C-level clients
- Plan, execute and coordinate shoots with Clients and production crew members
- Post-editing using professional audio and video editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, etc.
- Exposure and networking with Singapore’s events' industry
- Soft skills that will never be taught in the classroom
Job Description
- Plan, execute and coordinator shoots/events with Clients and production crew members
- Coordinate event production logistics, arrangements, programmes and materials
- Audio Visual crew at events (laptop operator, sound operator, camera operator)
- Prepare storyboard, shot list and call list for shoots.
- Post-editing using professional audio and video editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries and requests
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Photography and videography tasks at events and shoots
- Production assistant to livestream and production/technical team.
- Other adhoc duties when required
