Meta Bosses Pte Ltd – 3D Designer

We're looking for a designer with experience in either designing collectable toys, streetwear apparel, and other relevant lifestyle products. This is your opportunity to join a company on the ground floor, giving you the chance to define the direction, aesthetics and visual language of our brand and products.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, rig and animate 3D characters, environments, and other 3D assets
• Render high fidelity mockups of the products modeled. 
• Liase with manufacturing teams regarding the designs of products.
• Oversee the quality and artistic integrity of manufacturing process with the team.
• Contribute to the overall artistic direction of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Diploma in a relevant design or art discipline or the equivalent.
• Experience in graphic and product design with strong portfolio.
• Experience with 3D Digital Content Creation, texturing and sculpting tools like Maya/3DS Max, ZBrush/Mudbox, Substance Painter/Designer.
• Experience with Rendering and Mockup creation tools like V-Ray, KeyShot.
• Experience with touchup software Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.
• Passionate about your work, with a strong interest in fashion, collectables and art. 
• High technical proficiency and expertise in Adobe suite programs (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom).
• Responsible and self-motivated, resourceful in making the impossible possible.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player, with a knack for contributing/ building off ideas in a team environment.
