We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in Demand Generation. This individual will assist with the creation of content and other marketing tasks as assigned for the Regional Team. The ideal candidate for this internship is a college-level junior or senior pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and update powerpoint or word documentation
- Use email marketing software to create and send department newsletters, event announcements, and other communications for the Digital team
- Use photo editing software (i.e., PhotoShop) to prepare photos for any visuals (if necessary) in communication assets
- Organize and disseminate communications with regards to industry trends and best practices
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Students with strong interests and drive to get a Marketing/Advertising/Digital/Social Media career
- Basic understanding of HTML, a CMS such as WordPress, and photo editing software (i.e., PhotoShop) is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in use of Mac OS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superior attention to detail.
- Be adaptable and remain flexible to meet ever-changing deadlines
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well, positive attitude and work ethics
- Strong organizational skills
