MEX Global Markets – Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Deliver excellent client relationship management throughout the sales process;
• Take charge of building the industry competitive analysis for monthly strategy review;
• Focusing on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets;
• Playing an active role in the company and adding to the strategic expansion of the business;
• Manage client transaction flow;
• Leverage data and analytics to add value and deepen client relationships;
• Originate new business autonomously targeting;
• Generate reports and analytics on existing client relationships to gain insights on trends for review with senior management;
• Facilitate the identification, sales and onboarding of new client relationships across all products;
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve existing workflows;
• Promote sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments;
• Develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience/Knowledge in Capital Markets, CFD/LFX & Derivatives advantageous
• Develop and expand MEX Global Markets Retail and Partnership business in the Forex and CFD’s business within the APAC region;
• Proficient in English and Chinese. Ability to converse in other languages such as Japanese, Thai or Vietnamese is a plus;
• Business trips may be required.
