MEXC – Human Resource Intern

Job Responsibilities：

• Work pass application, renewal and cancellation
• Foreign Visa Application, Immigration administration
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance-related documentation.
• Liaise with a 3rd party and support management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.

Job Requirements：

• Knowledge of Chinese is a must, English is preferred.
• At least one year of Human Resource and/or office administrator experience.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive and friendly disposition is required, along with a professional appearance.
• A high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels are imperative.
