Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Assistant Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to engage closely with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into clear requirements and solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and ensure their expectations are met throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Translate client needs into actionable project specifications, including user stories and functional requirements.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client goals.
  • Support clients during testing, training, and implementation phases, ensuring their feedback is integrated into project outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients to gather requirements and provide project status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in related role is desirable.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) is a plus
