Responsibilities
- Develop and define ongoing customer relationship for entire Micepad journey to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct online training sessions to educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business objectives
- Able to reply email, and assist Sales Manager / CEO in some ad-hoc tasks
- Able to perform effective customer demonstrations, success reviews, customer advocacy and other adoption deliverables via webcasts, teleconferences and/or onsite visits if needed
- Provide feedback to Sales Team and Product Team related to new functionality requests and specifications, as well as assist in providing feedback to improve user experience
Requirements
- Able to commit at least 6 months
- Strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and persuasive skills
- Detail-oriented and fast learner
- Able to write and speak fluent professional English (if you are able to write and speak fluent professional Mandarin, that would be a plus point as we have Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China Mainland clientele to manage)
