- Troubleshooting and configure devices
- Installation and upgrading of software / patches
- Perform asset management & update asset records
- Setting up/tearing down of computers
- Provisioning of IT devices
- Documentation fillings
- Conduct testing all on devices and systems
- Carrying out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images
