Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician with day-to-day clinic Operation.
2. To answer to telephone enquiries.
3. Registration and scheduling of appointments for repeat, new and walk-in customers.
4. Assist customers with their queries.
5. Dispensary duties.
6. Collection of payment for discharging customers.
7. Stock checks and controls.
8. Day-to-day cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
9. To provide good quality service and contribute to initiatives which will strengthen the relationship with customers.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with at least one year of working experience in customer service & admin. Preferable relevant certificates on TCM Herbal Courses.
2. Past experience working in other TCM clinics.
3. Pleasant disposition with excellent service and sales aptitude
4. Able to work independently or in a team environment
5. Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
6. Working Hour:12pm to 10pm.
