Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is looking for a People Acquisition Executive to drive and optimise the hiring processes within our organisation. This role involves managing the full spectrum of hiring activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and department heads to identify staffing needs, prioritise hiring, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience while playing a vital role in building a robust pipeline of talented candidates to support our growth.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for creative role hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified remote candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment.
Coordinate and execute hiring efforts for overseas teams, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and practices.
Handle operational recruitment tasks such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, working with hiring teams to prepare technical assessments, and preparing employment contracts.
Process Optimisation
Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal system and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Identify opportunities to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and end-to-end hiring processes.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
Skilled in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and alternate methods, such as networking, referrals, and job boards, to build a robust talent pipeline.
Prior experience in hiring for regional or international teams preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
