The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Intern to assist our design team in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be familiar with design principles and have a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and pain points
Support in creating digital marketing assets for the respective business units
Develop and maintain design assets, including style guides and design libraries
Assist in usability testing and user interface evaluations
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an Art or Design related program, in an institute of higher learning
Pursuing a degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design or a related field
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Knowledge of design principles, typography and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills
Available from February 2024 onwards for a minimum of 3 months
