Job Description

Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Web 3 Marketing Intern to assist in building up our Web 3 community and to develop the best-in-class Web 3 Platform for all types of businesses. You will be working closely with our Web 3 Marketing team to work on new and existing marketing initiatives to attract new users from different demographics, as well as building engagement with our existing community.

Responsibilities


Marketing & Community Management

  • Help build, grow and manage the community primarily on MightyVerse’s Discord 

  • Schedule, manage and promote Twitter Spaces and other live events on Discord

  • Engage daily with community members on both Discord and Twitter to understand community sentiment, collect feedback and make recommendations for improvement

  • Measure and report on community-related metrics with a focus on driving impact

  • Leverage market data to create hypotheses, making recommendations to stakeholders, and conducting research on market trends

LiveOps 

  • Coordinating with community, product and customer service teams before, during and after launches 

  • Help onboard new partners and empower them to become successful 

  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with product managers to build solutions for emerging partner issues

  • Drive cross-functional projects to reduce escalations and improve the partner and customer experience


Requirements

  • Interest in the Web3 and NFT ecosystem

  • Interest in online community management experience, preferably in an environment managing a consumer-focused Discord community

  • Possess strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Independent, responsible, organized and ablilty to proactively find solution to challenging situations.

  • Passionate in growing and engaging communities

  • Has good analytical skills and is able to structure thoughts, frame problems, and propose solutions with reasoned rationales.
