What is the role?
We’re looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, technically hands-on person who is truly excited about having a meaningful impact within the company and for our network partners.
In this role, you will demonstrate a startup mindset looking for a solution rather than getting blocked by problems, doing the right thing, and staying nimble. Working with different types of partners, across various possible solutions you must remain agile and always adapt your process and mindset to support a new user experience that will help to encourage a sustainable habit as part of our daily life.
What you will get to do:
Drive the integration of new partners into our platform
Develop technical integration through various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, … )
Solution and develop a core donation platform with various layers to interconnect members and charities
Work on partner dashboards
Expand internal monitoring, reporting, and operational tools and processes
Daily, the role will involve you to:
Work closely with different internal teams to understand and support Mik Mak needs
Always keep a solution mindset and look for improvements that you can bring to the organization
Work with an agile and expanding team
Implement and deploy new solutions to the market

Minimum bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering Computer Science or equivalent
Good skills with technical toolsets (databases, APIs, coding, …)
JavaScript, React, VueJS programming skills
Infrastructure and DevOps understanding (Google Suite tools)
Knowledge of various e-commerce platform is a plus
Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies
Ability to work effectively, multi-task, agile, and take responsibility in challenging situations
Strong customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Independent and proactive - willing to get things done
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues
