岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）  研究 用户画像，分析目标用户特征、需求和使用习惯，确保产品贴合用户需求。Conduct user persona research to analyze target user characteristics, needs, and behavior to align the product with user expectations.  设计 用户旅程（User Journey），优化产品的交互逻辑和体验，使 AI 功能更易用。Develop user journeys to improve product interaction and make AI features more accessible.  进行 用户行为分析，收集用户反馈，基于数据制定优化策略。Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and develop data-driven optimization strategies.  研究 AI 生成内容（AIGC） 在动漫创作领域的趋势，探索产品发展方向。Research AIGC trends in the anime & ACGN industry and explore product development opportunities.  进行 市场调研和竞品分析，评估行业动态和市场需求，确保产品有竞争力。Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends and market demands, ensuring product competitiveness.  结合研究结果，设计产品原型（Wireframe、Prototype），并与设计团队合作输出 UI/UX 方案 Translate research insights into product prototypes (Wireframes, Prototypes) and collaborate with the design team to create UI/UX solutions.  参与 产品需求文档（PRD） 的撰写，并推动产品优化和迭代。Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and drive product improvements and iterations.  与 AI 研究团队、开发团队和设计团队 深度协作，推动最前沿的 AI 算法落地到产品。Work closely with the AI research team, development team, and design team to bring cutting-edge AI algorithms into real-world products. 

岗位要求（Job Requirements）  对 二次元文化与 AI 结合 充满兴趣，了解 ACGN 社区的内容创作趋势。Strong interest in the integration of AI and ACGN culture, with an understanding of content trends in anime communities.  熟悉 AI 生成内容（AIGC） 生态，如 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion 等 AI 生成图像与视频产 品。 Familiarity with AIGC tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, as well as AI-powered image and video generation technologies.  具备 基本的产品管理知识，了解产品策划、市场调研、竞品分析的方法。Basic knowledge of product management, including product planning, market research, and competitive analysis.  具备 数据分析能力，能够基于用户数据和反馈提出优化方案。Strong data analysis skills to generate insights from user data and feedback.  熟悉 产品原型工具（如 Figma、Sketch），能够绘制 Wireframe 或 Prototype。Experience with product prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for wireframing and prototyping.  良好的沟通能力，能够清晰表达产品思路，并推动团队协作。Excellent communication skills to articulate product ideas and drive team collaboration.  具备 自学能力 和 解决问题的能力，能在高效率的工作环境下执行任务。Ability to self-learn and solve problems, with efficiency in a high-performance work environment. 

加分项（Preferred Skills）：  会日语者优先，可更好地研究日本 ACGN 市场及用户需求。Japanese language proficiency is a plus, as it helps with understanding the Japanese ACGN market and user needs.  有 市场研究、数据分析 相关经验者优先。Experience in market research or data analysis is a plus.  具备 产品策划、 UX 设计 相关经验者优先。 Experience in product planning or UX design is a plus.  了解 AI 动漫创作、虚拟偶像、二次元经济 相关领域者优先。 anime creation, virtual idols, or ACGN economy is a plus.
