The Mileslife app allows you to earn additional air miles on top of your credit card miles. We currently have more than 2000 partner merchants on board, ranging from mid-to-high end restaurants, leading spas, boutique hotels and luxury resorts in major cities.

Contribute to Mileslife’s expansion in the Singapore market. Be an asset to the Business Development team. This is a challenging opportunity and a great chance to do some groundbreaking work. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Business Development intern (Food/Travel).

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development team, including leads generation, cold calling and arranging of appointments
  • Involved in pitching appointments (food/travel partners)
  • Assisting with merchant marketing initiatives, both online and offline
  • Conduct operational trainings when new merchant partners come onboard
  • Build strong relationship with merchant partners
  • Research, analyse and share sales and market analysis, insights and
    recommendations to the Singapore team
  • Assist with any other administrative and ad-hoc projects where necessary

Requirements:

  • Loves to work in a startup
  • Travel, eat, sleep and repeat is your motto in life
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling is a major plus
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, able to manage multiple projects and you
    love to look at numbers
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Relative Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Business or related discipline
  • Must be able to commit for at least 3 months
